Concept4 were engaged to evaluate a number of potential buildings in Reading area on behalf of Amdocs to identify best fit prior to relocation of operations. We surveyed 4 potential locations, provided test layouts, condition surveys, budget costs and outline programmes to support executive decision process.
The new modern grade A office environment is less than half the size of the original building with substantially lower operating costs.
