To create a distinctive lounge environment and amenities that engage high value customers upon their arrival to London Heathrow.
The proposed design and materials were fast track approved on site by Delta executive team in Atlanta including items such as shower brackets for luxury brand soap dispensers to feature wall in reclaimed weathered-look natural wood finish.
Concept4 were presented with a series of challenges including tight deadlines and the logistical requirement for deliveries to be shipped securely overnight into Heathrow.
