The focus was on creating a flexible environment for meetings, focused work, and large events with incorporated folding walls for adaptable space use. Single-person phone pods provide privacy and variety, while collaborative zones, breakout areas, soft seating, and private meeting rooms add a diverse range of options for staff to choose between. Biophilic elements completed the design with large plants and wood slat walls creating a relaxed inviting environment. The result is a highly adaptable inviting workspace that Changing Social is thrilled with. Their new office environment supports their collaborative and fast-paced work culture perfectly.

Client Background
Changing Social specialises in digital marketing solutions. Their core services include social media management, content creation, and digital strategy. Their office design needed to reflect this whilst accommodating their rapid growth, with expansion capabilities built into the initial design. Concept4 adopted this clear vision: designing a dynamic, flexible workspace that reflected Changing Social’s brand identity and supporting individual focus and team collaboration.
