Office moves & relocations
Concept4 were appointed to undertake large office moves on behalf of Foster Wheeler including departmental moves from ancillary buildings into main office and high profile international relocation projects.
Executive relocation from Switzerland
Concept4 were responsible for relocation of executive team from Geneva into Shinfield Park, Reading.
Following initial site survey to review building access routes and vehicle parking for loading furniture and storage, we devised programme to include packing and securing executive storage and furniture for transportation to UK.
The CEO required office items to be installed in Reading prior to arrival of main container. The programme was completed on time and with no unplanned disruption.
Project case study
We were appointed to undertake the full relocation moves from Abbey Gardens in central Reading into main building at Shinfield Park. The relocation of 450 engineering and technical staff included Foster Wheeler’s major client from Middle East who were co-located with project teams.
We were responsible for planning, communication and logistical support for very large office relocation concentrated over just one weekend based on 24-hour working including IT decom & recom. The move was completed on time with no business disruption to mission critical projects.
