Concept4 were invited to tender for the fit-out of their new offices in Bristol’s city centre against an architect’s designed scheme aiming to influence their nationwide design standard.

Collaboration
Our team collaborated with all stakeholders to develop alternative designs to reduce the impact on mechanical services and bring costs and timelines in line with expectations and occupation date.
The alternative proposal was delivered creating bright and healthy work areas with agile spaces and meeting rooms with enhanced acoustics, AV and privacy features.
Design visualisations were used to bring the scheme to life whilst helping staff to select preferred features, finishes and furniture. These were used in regular site presentations to staff demonstrating their ideas coming to life in anticipation of a return to the office.
Furniture
Furniture from Herman MIller and NaughtOne were used throughout to create flexible ways of working and enhancing workstation, meeting, wellness and breakout spaces.
